Cool Running...


Well today was a nice day running, it was a little windy, but the temp is perfect for me. Cool, almost too cold for running in shorts, but it was perfect. It was another slow pace day, but that's how I roll, slow and steady with fewer walking breaks. I felt good, a little tight at times but overall I am happy with what I was able to do today. I need to get this going regular again, every other day should work, I need to lose this weight faster, but lose it the right way...
I plan on running while I am in Houston next week, just so I can say I have been running in 2 states.

Ok I am really back this time, I mean it.

I am back! For real. I needed a break, my body was shot my legs hurt and I was hitting a wall. Now that I started running again today, I didn't realize how much I missed it. It felt good. Even though I am a little sick still, cough and congested it made me feel a lot better. I am now ready to start stage 2 of getting in shape. I don't have a race to train for so I will not be stressed out making sure I feel great for it. I am going to take it one day at a time and get better and faster.
