I broke through the wall I ran into last week, with the sore legs and all. I also have decided to try and give up soda for a while. That will be a huge challenge for me, it's free at work, it tastes good and I like the caffeine. I don't drink coffee, or energy drinks so a coke in the mid morning time is my wake up/ refresher. I have already stopped drinking alcohol and that was pretty easy to do so this shouldn't be that difficult. I still have not weighed myself, which for me is good, I am noticing the difference in the fit of my clothing and my knees hurt less.

On a different note, my daughters class has a mystery reader thing going on, and I am scheduled to read today. I am a little nervous about reading in front of people, but it's kids so how bad can it be. I am reading The Book with No Pictures. The other part about this is the mystery part. My daughter has been asking my wife and me to be the reader, and I have had to pretend like we can't since it is a mystery, I feel so bad at how disappointed she looks when I say we can't be there. I hope she is happy when I show up today.
One more thing, back to a previous post about the different gym people. I have two more types, one is the treadmill ape hangers (motorcycle handlebars) and the people that use the machines for a different than intended purpose. Handlebar people... These are the guys or girls that grab the top of the treadmill data screen/board and basically hug the machine. I don't know why, but that makes me gag a little bit. Then there is this guy.
http://imgur.com/5vn1ZrS?r Don't be a douche, and just use the machines like everyone else.
Well that's all I got this week. Thanks again for reading this and for the support.
Later
