20 lb kettle bell... Wow.
So I think I may have over estimated what I am capable of to begin with. 20 lbs doesn't seem like a lot but swinging it around it gets to ya. It feels great after the workout though. Not tons of stress on my shoulders. So let the kettle bell abs, arms and legs begin!

Here I go again...
My constant battle with obesity begins again. I hate starting but I really like getting done. I hate this struggle that I am losing and have been losing since a few years after high school. I need to do this and stay with it. I need help. I need to lose this extra weight. I need to lose 1 pound. Then another after that. I just want to feel good about myself again and not have to dread putting on socks, or putting on pants and hoping they won't be too tight all of a sudden. I just need to stop making excuses on why I can skip today or why I can eat this or that because I worked out earlier. I just need to shut the f up and do this. So if anyone would like to help with your words or time I would appreciate it. I look forward to getting in better shape and not being injured finally. I will try to update my blog because it does actually help me but I can't promise how often I will.
