Finally weighed myself, and other stuff.

I know it's been a few weeks since I wrote anything, but not much has happened.  I feel like I have plateaued with the weight loss.  So just for fun I weighed myself, I have lost 18 lbs.  So that is a good thing.

Moving on, while I was working out yesterday, I felt like a little off, I was doing some interval running, trying to get back into running on a regular basis, and during one of the walking intervals, the room started getting a little fuzzy, and spinning a little bit.   I have never really had this happen to this extent before, but I realized that if I kept going I was going to faint on the treadmill.   So being an fairly intelligent person, I stopped the workout and decided to rest a few minutes with some water before I felt mostly normal, and was able to drive home.  I think I was a little dehydrated probably and somewhat sleep deprived.  I haven't been sleeping great for the past few weeks, not sure why.  But crisis diverted, I didn't make a spectacle of myself at the gym by passing out.   I am going to take a day off, and hopefully it doesn't happen again.   This isn't a very uplifting or motivational post other than I know I lost a bunch of weight.   I'll be back soon!
