Push Back


So last week, I was driving home from work, and I was giving myself every reason to not go to the gym and do my new workout.   Not sure why, but every few seconds, I had a different reason that was real or not in my head, to skip going to the gym.     I even used the reason that I didn't want to have to see the guy who inclines a treadmill to the max height then stands on the sides of the treadmill and watches TV, not sure why that guy bothers me so much, but he does.  In the end, I went to the gym and fought my way through it.   My new workout is great, I even used it at home instead of going to the gym last week on the days I really didn't have time to go to the gym.   Now it's time to try and tackle my food addiction.   I try each day, but I lose most of the battles when it comes to food, specifically which foods I eat.  It's a struggle.

Starting over

I had a little hiccup in my mission to lose weight and get healthy.   But I am restarting now.   Back to the basics, stay away from crap food as much as possible, one day at a time.   It's a struggle, and it's real for me.   I will do it, and I will be there for my family for a long time. Sorry this is so short, but time to get back to work on myself.
